7 Petitions in The Lord’s Prayer Simplified For a Deeper and More Meaningful Connection with God Jesus said, “When you pray to the Father, pray like this” (The Bible: Book of Mathew Chapter 6 verse 9)¹. 1. Our Father who is in Heaven hallowed is your name 2. Your Kingdom come 3. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven 4. Give us this day our daily bread 5.
